Obesity and fast food

This YouTube video is about people who are obese by eating too much fast food.

The data actually shows that when fast food and soft drinks industries started booming, obesity rates have also increased. I think what this video wants to tell us is that people should recognize their real problem and try hard to get better health condition as the “650 pounds” man at the end of this video who hikes for his health and never gives up.

Yoyogi Park Picnic

Last last week, I went on a picnic with my classmates for Seminar A. though it was unlucky that the weather for the day was so bad and freezing cold, I enjoyed eating delicious food that everyone brought in and talking with new classmates. I was surprised that our teacher is very good at juggling. Because of the cold weather, I couldn’t challenge juggling, so I would like to be taught and try it when I have a chance someday.
